Too long waiting times for a shisha, for example if you change coal, it takes about 30 minutes until the coal is also changed. Alone until the shisha comes you have to expect at least 30 minutes, especially on weekend days, we had to wait up to an hour.

Good location. Unfortunately, that was it. Overworked service staff and extremely excessive prices.

It was great ... but the prices are quite high. Too few cover for the evening when it is fresh. The idea and implementation is great. However, the seating should be renewed. Unfortunately we had the bad luck to get a condition that apparently didn't feel like working ... looked disinterested. But the man (bouncer) at the entrance was very friendly. He made sure that the regulations were observed.

We were here on Friday. Too many bees and bugs. The service is rude. We waited a long time for the order and there weren't many guests. The chairs are dirty. Shisha is good, but the fire rarely changes. It was our first time, but we will never come back. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews on arrival.

I ordered a drink and said 5 times that I ordered something and after 2 hours there was still nothing

Really dirty and shabby. You feel disgusted to sit down anywhere. We had to move twice because we felt so uncomfortable and disgusted. Disgusting! Service just as bad - after waiting in vain for half an hour for someone to finally take our order, we got up and left. Scrap metal...

Operation and service very unfriendly, drinks were served lukewarm. Lounge seats are dirty and unsanitary.

Were there on Friday evening, although we called to ask if there was something available, we had to wait (30 minutes) and were then sent away because there was no more entry. So far everything is understandable, but some guests were preferentially let in because they apparently liked the "door" very much. Unfortunately we didn't know that you have to dress lightly and cheaply to get in here. In summary, very disappointing that although everything was occupied, there was a free space for guests who the employees at the entrance liked from the outside and others who wait 30 minutes even though they had been promised a place were sent away. Professional is something else. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars. Will prefer other “bars” in the future. LG :)

Nice beach atmosphere in the middle of the city. Easily accessible, parking spaces available nearby. Nice staff and fair prices. ??

UNHYGIENIC!! Rats on the terrace .. WC disgusting, the employee said it and her answer to it was just "OK"

Feeling a bit of sand under your feet in the middle of Mannheim and having a drink or smoking shisha is definitely something great! Prices are ok, wait staff and staff are always very friendly. The only drawback - unfortunately, we usually wait between 20 and 40 minutes for someone to come to the request for payment .... But that can be even better! :-)

Best shisha in Mannheim

It's a place to chill with friends, nice atmosphere and ambiance. The alcohol free cocktails are good. However, there's a couple of mice roaming around at night.

Waiters are nice and friendly, however, the coffee machine is sometimes not working and the wait can be very long for your order. The Shishas are okay but not overwhelming. I like the atmosphere close to the Neckar.

Just perfect when sun is shining. By the Neckar river : Deckchairs , sand and a bar for drinks and snacks. Highly recommended
